本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GBLBOX（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、利用者の個人的かつ非商業的な利用のために提供されます。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、再配布、改変、有償譲渡を禁止します。
本アプリは Niantic, Inc.、株式会社ポケモン、任天堂株式会社、その他の権利者とは一切関係がなく、これらによる承認・後援・提供を受けたものではありません。「ポケモン」「Pokémon GO」およびその関連名称・ロゴは各権利者の商標または登録商標です。本アプリは個人が制作した非公式の補助ツールです。
本アプリは、PvPoke、PokeAPI、PokeMiners Game Master、Pokemon GO Hub、GamePress 等の公開情報・コミュニティ提供データを参考に、種族値・タイプ・技・CPM・推奨技・ランキング・強化コスト等のデータをアプリ内へ同梱しています。通常利用時にこれらの外部API・外部サイトへ通信しません。GBLスケジュール・大会予定、強制アップデート、広告表示設定、解析設定、お知らせの更新確認のため、本サイト上のJSONファイルを取得する場合があります。各出典元は本アプリを承認・後援・提供していません。詳細はライセンス・権利表示をご確認ください。
本アプリが表示する個体値・順位・実数値・ステータス積（SP）・対戦結果・ブレイクポイント・GBL開催予定等は、コミュニティ提供データと独自計算に基づく参考値・推定値です。正確性・最新性・完全性を保証しません。ゲームの仕様変更等により実際と異なる場合があります。利用者の判断・操作（強化・進化・交換等）の結果について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは、利用者が選択したスクリーンショットの読み取り、および利用者の操作による元スクリーンショットの削除のために写真へアクセスします。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは、広告表示、利用状況解析、利用者が任意で送信するアプリ内報告のために第三者SDKまたは外部サービスを含む場合があります。広告・解析機能は、アプリまたは本サイト上の設定により無効化される場合があります。アプリ内報告は利用者の明示的な操作と同意がある場合にのみ送信されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後に本アプリを継続利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

These Terms govern your use of GBLBOX (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, modify, or sell the App.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or provided by Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any other rights holder. “Pokémon,” “Pokémon GO,” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is an unofficial helper tool created by an individual developer.
The App bundles game-related data such as base stats, types, moves, CPM, recommended moves, rankings, and power-up costs based on public information and community data from sources such as PvPoke, PokeAPI, PokeMiners Game Master, Pokemon GO Hub, and GamePress. During normal use, the App does not contact these external APIs or websites. The App may fetch JSON files from this website to check for GBL schedule and tournament updates, force update settings, advertising display settings, analytics settings, and announcements. These sources do not endorse, sponsor, or provide the App. See Licenses & Notices for details.
IVs, ranks, stats, Stat Product (SP), battle outcomes, breakpoints, GBL schedules, and other figures shown are estimates for reference, based on community data and the App’s own calculations. No guarantee of accuracy, timeliness, or completeness is made. Results may differ from the game, especially after game updates. The developer is not responsible for outcomes of your decisions (powering up, evolving, trading, etc.).
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App accesses Photos to read screenshots you select and, at your request, to delete original screenshots. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App may include third-party SDKs or external services for advertising, usage analytics, and optional in-app reports submitted by users. Advertising and analytics features may be disabled through app or website configuration. In-app reports are sent only when you explicitly choose and agree to submit them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
